The opposition Congress today moved a privilege motion against the Orissa chief minister, parliamentary affairs minister and government chief whip accusing them of breaching privilege of the assembly by adjourning the house sine die abruptly in the last session.<br/><br/>The move by the Congress members came a day after the ruling BJD moved a similar motion against the Leader of the Opposition and Opposition chief whip for holding a symbolic assembly after the house was declared sine die.<br/>The opposition held the chief minister Naveen Patnaik, Parliamentary Affairs minister Raghunath Mohanty and government Chief Whip R N Pani for recommending sine die. The second session of the 14th assembly, scheduled to end on December 19, ended abruptly on December 5.<br/>
