The party also promised for drawing up a scheme of rehabilitation and resettlement for the 'martyrs' and their families.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, the campaigning is underway for the Assembly elections with the election notification being issued yesterday.<br />''<br />''The Election Commission has decided to honour individuals and organizations for their outstanding contribution in the poll process by presenting awards in seven categories in Madhya Pradesh.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The state will go for polls on 28 of this month.
