Congress leaders today met the Lt Governor, Najeeb Jung, and conveyed their party view on the Jan Lokpal Bill. The delegation led by Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee, DPCC, President Arvinder Singh said his party is not against the Bill but it should be done in a legal way.

AIR Correspondent reports, Solicitor General Mohan Parasaran, in his legal opinion, has said that the proposed Jan Lokpal Bill of the Delhi government is unconstitutional as it has not been referred to the Centre.
