<span style="color: #222222;">Senior Congress leader Shashi Tharoor has termed the government's proposal on digital currency as a reasonable proposition. Talking to media outside Parliament, Tharoor said, it was very clear that as far as digital currency is concerned, Govt was heading in that direction. He said, he is more concerned about what he called as lack of substance for common citizens in Budget.</span>
