Environment Minster Prakash Javadekar today alleged that Congress is against country's growth by indulging in an unnecessary disruptive tactics in Parliament. Addressing reporters in New Delhi, he said despite their disruptive tactics, government will push the GST Bill to pass in Parliament. Mr Javadekar also said, Congress which had ruled this country for over 5 decades, could not even engage in 5 hours of meaningful debate in Parliament.
