Congress members in Rajya Sabha trooped into the well of the House demanding the government should bring back Vijay Mallya, who is evading legal action for default of huge bank loans. The issue was raised by Promod Tiwari of Congress, which was disallowed by the Chair. However, Tiwari alongwith several of his party colleagues shouting slogans trooped into the well. Deputy Chairman P.J. Kurien commented, disobeying the chair is nothing but indiscipline.
