Congress today said convening special session of Parliament to pass key legislations will serve no purpose unless government takes action against Sushma Swaraj and Chief Ministers of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh for their involvement in different controversies. <br/><br/>Senior party leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said this in New Delhi. He also said that Congress is in favour of the passage of the Goods and Service Tax bill but only if the government accepts amendments proposed by the party. <br/><br/>Asked about elevation of Rahul Gandhi as party president, Mr Azad said, time is yet to come for Mr Gandhi to take over. He said, Congress is presently enjoying the guidance of two leaders. On a query, he also said there is no concept of two power centres in the party. <br/><br/>Earlier, in the day, Congress President Sonia Gandhi was given one year extension as party President. A resolution to this effect was passed at the CWC meeting in New Delhi.
