Congress has identified price rise, lack of intensity in campaigning and failure to highlight the misdeeds of BJP-ruled MCD in the National Capital as major reasons for the defeat of party in the civic body polls. Talking to reporters after a meeting to analyse the poll outcome, Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said the meeting reviewed the reasons for the defeat and corrective measures to be taken based on the feedback given by party MLAs and Ministers. She said the party is taking corrective steps to address the shortcomings.
