Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ananth Kumar said Congress party has no belief in democracy so it is creating uproarious scene in parliament.<br/><br/>Talking to reporting Mr Kumar said Congress is not digesting defeat in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh. He appealed Congress to take part in proceedings of parliament.<br/><br/>The Minister said, Congress always does vote bank politics. He said, Congress should respect the verdict of people of both states.
