Campaigning has reached a feverish pitch for the second phase of assembly elections in Gujarat.<br/><br/>Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said, Congress has lost in the first phase which was held last Saturday. Addressing a rally in Patan, Mr Modi said Congress leaders are blaming EVMs now and saying these were hacked using Bluetooth.<br/><br/>The Prime Minister said, Congress leaders are repeatedly speaking falsehoods but people of Gujarat know the truth. He said, his government is working for poor. Mr Modi said, he went to the villages of Gujarat during peak summer and asked people to educate their children. Mr Modi said, he did not do so for the rich, but for the children of the poor. <br/><br/>He said, floods caused a lot of destruction and it was Chief Minister Vijay Rupani who stood by the people at that time. He asked where Congress party workers were during that time. <br/> <br/>BJP President Amit Shah, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani, and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath are the other leaders who are campaigning for the BJP candidates.<br/><br/>On the other hand, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi said that Prime Minister has avoided speaking on key development issues. Addressing a rally in Banaskantha district's Tharad, he said, Mr. Modi should talk about Gujarat as elections are being held in the state and refrain from speaking about foreign countries.<br/><br/>Mr Gandhi also said farmers would get fair price for their produce under Congress government.<br/><br/>Ahmedabad Police Commissioner has denied permission to both BJP and Congress to hold road show in the city tomorrow, citing traffic congestion and narrow roads. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, Hardik Patel defied police orders and organised a massive road show of Patidar Anamat Andolan Samiti in Ahmedabad today.<br/><br/>Polling for second phase will be held this Thursday in 93 constituencies spread over North and Central Gujarat.
