The Congress has constituted a five member committee to visit and study the situation in Kandhamal District of Odisha. <br/><br/>In a release party said, the team will find the fact which lead to the death of five person in the police firing on 8th of this month. The members include former Union Minister Jairam Ramesh and K H Muniyappa.
