Congress has expressed disappointment over the outcome of meeting of Nuclear Suppliers Group held at Seoul. Party spokesperson Anand Sharma said it is a diplomatic let down of the country after raising high expectations. Saying India needs to be serious in its diplomacy, Mr Sharma said, the Prime Minister should explain what went wrong on India's part.
