The Congress has expressed disappointment over the 7th pay commission announced by the Centre yesterday. Party spokesperson Ajay Maken said this pay commission has seen the lowest hike in salaries in Independent India.<br/><br/>Mr Maken alleged that government has been neglecting government employees. He said, public sector is being strangled to help private sector.
