He said, the decision of heavy deployment of security forces has created panic among the local people.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' Mr Azad said, the Home Ministry has instructed all tourists and Amarnath pilgrims to return from Jammu and Kashmir, curtailing the duration of yatra by 15 days. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, the current tourist season is presently on its peak and this decision is going to affect livelihoods of the people of the state.&nbsp;</span><br />'' &nbsp;
