The Congress has expressed concern over the deteriorating situation in Jammu and Kashmir. Briefing media in New Delhi this evening, party spokesperson Manish Tewari demanded urgent steps to bring normalcy in the state. <br/><br/>Curfew was imposed on 8th of last month in the valley after unrest due to clashes between security forces and the locals following killing of terrorist Burhan Wani. <br/><br/>The Congress spokesperson said, his party is willing to cooperate with the Centre and is ready to provide all assistance to deal with the situation there. <br/><br/>When asked about sending an all party delegation to Kashmir, Mr Tewari said it is for the government to decide but it is high time that Centre should start process of dialogue.
