Congress has expelled former MP Jagmeet Singh Brar from the party with immediate effect. Party General Secretary Shakeel Ahmed told this to reporters in New Delhi. Several Punjab Congress leaders and legislators had sought the expulsion of Mr Brar from the party for alleged indiscipline and rebellious activities.
