In Tamil Nadu,the fourth round of talks on identifying the constituencies did not conclude and is scheduled to continue tomorrow in Chennai.The election committees of both the parties had discussed the issue for the second time today. After holding the fourth round of talks which lasted for more than one and a half hour time, TNCC President K.V.Thangkabaalu told newspersons that the talks were smooth.Earlier in the day the election committees of both parties held the third round of talks which lasted for more than two hours. The DMK has offered 63 Assembly constituencies to the Congress in the coming elections.
