The Congress today dismissed reports of any differences between the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and party Chief Sonia Gandhi on the issue of environment and development. Describing Dr Singh as a very effective and competent Prime Minister, the party spokesman Shakeel Ahmed said that there is no difference between the two on these issues. He said that Prime Minister has spoken only on the party line which is striking a balance between environment and development.
