The Congress party has demanded a whitepaper on past sixteen months functioning of Prime Minister Narender Modi led NDA government in the centre. Addressing a press conference in Shimla today, Party's Deputy Leader in Rajya Sabha Anand Sharma said that government has failed on all the fronts especially on the economic front. He also alleged that the Union Government has cut down the budgetary support for various welfare schemes including agriculture sector.<br/><br/>Anand Sharma further said that the government has also failed to provide employment to the youths in the country as per BJP's election promise. He claimed that congress party is the only secular party in the country while BJP is trying to force its own ideology upon people.
