The Congress today demanded constitution of an independent Special Investigation Team to probe the death of Justice B H Loya. <br/><br/>Briefing media in New Delhi, senior party leader Kapil Sibal quoted family members of Loya and claimed that Loya's death took place in mysterious circumstances. <br/><br/>He said, all records pertaining to Justice Loya should be seized to avoid any kind of manipulation. <br/><br/>
