Congress today demanded registration of an FIR against former Meghalaya Governor V Shanmuganathan who is accused of sexual misconduct. Addressing a press conference in New Delhi, senior party leader Kapil Sibal said, he should be sacked.<br/><br/>Earlier, Mr Sibal said unemployment is on rise in the country and BJP will see its consequence in the upcoming polls in states. He alleged that the ruling party is not even talking about the drug menace in Punjab which is a matter of concern.
