Congress today hit out at NDA, which has completed two years in government, saying inability to create jobs was the most notable failure of the government.<br/><br/>Briefing media in New Delhi, senior party leader P Chidambaram asked where were the jobs which Prime Minister Narendra Modi promised.<br/><br/>He said Supreme Court has slammed the government for passing the buck when it comes to offering drought relief to farmers and people.<br/><br/>Mr Chidambaram agreed that government is not the cause of the drought, but they should be able to anticipate and tackle the situation.
