The Congress came down heavily on opposition for stalling the proceedings of Parliament. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, party spokesman Manish Tiwari said that the government cannot answer opposition unless the Houses are allowed to function.<br/><br/>Stating that the government has done its bit to control prices, Congress leader Jagdambika Pal said that the prices of essential commodities like sugar and pulses is going down.<br/>
