Congress has criticised China for blocking India's bid at the UN for a ban on Pakistan-based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammud chief Masood Azhar. <br/><br/>Briefing media in New Delhi this evening, party spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi said, it is a major setback for the country and Indian security establishment is stunned by the development. The spokesperson said it also shows failure of NDA government on foreign policy.
