The Congress has criticised the BJP for its remarks on Prime Minister and said the BJP is restoring to 'shout and scoot' strategy. Talking to reporters in New Delhi today party spokesperson Manish Tewari said that the BJP should take a substantive action against corrupt leaders responsible for a tangible loss caused due to a land scam in Karnataka.
