Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister M Venkaiah Naidu today said that by not allowing Parliament to function, the Congress was not stopping the Narendra Modi government but "creating hurdles" in the country's development. He said this while addressing a public meeting ahead of civic polls in Hyderabad. <br/><br/>Mr Naidu alleged that the party has been reduced to 40 seats in the Lok Sabha and they are not allowing the GST and real estate bill to pass and even stalling efforts to reform the labour laws.
