Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has said, a frustrated Congress continues to adopt disruptive tactics in both the Houses of Parliament. Terming the opposition Congress as anti- development, he told reporters outside parliament, that it is not able to digest the pace of country's development since the new government came to power. The Minister appealed to the other opposition parties to cooperate with the government so that key legislations can be pushed through.
