Manipur Chief Minister Ok Ram ibobi Singh has said to they that Congress Party is committed to the promises made to people during the election campaign for the Assembly Elections.

He also expressed gratitude to the people of Manipur for responding faith in the party for third consecutive term. The Party won more than two third majority in the 60 member Assembly.
