The Congress today charged the Narendra Modi government with making an assault on the democracy by imposing President's rule in Uttarakhand. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, party spokesman Shakeel Ahmed said, NDA government has become nervous and therefore it imposed President's in a haste. He said, the Congress will raise the issue in the Parliament and every political forum.
