The Congress today charged the BJP with adopting double standard on the functioning of the country's premier investigating agency, CBI. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, Congress party spokesman, Mr. Manish Tiwary said, on the one hand BJP opposes the CBI's chase of Amit Shah for his reported involvement in the Sohrabuddin fake encounter case but at the same time, hails the agency for giving a clean chit to the Gujarat Chief Minister, Narendra Modi in the Hiren Pandya murder case.
