Congress has termed National Herald case as manufactured one. Talking to media in New Delhi, party leader and former Union Minister M. Veerappa Moily alleged that government is using Subramanian Swamy as a front man in the case. <br/><br/>He said, the case comes under the domain of Corporate Affairs Ministry which is also with Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. He challenged that if there is some case against National Herald, it is for the Corporate Affairs Ministry to proceed and not for Subramanian Swamy.
