In Uttar Pradesh both Congress and ruling Bahujan Samaj Party will be organising Rally tomorrow at Ambedkar Nagar district head quarter on the 119th birth anniversary of Babasaheb Bhimbaro Ambedkar.<br/> AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that on this occasion besides addressing the rally Party National General Secretary Mr Rahul Gandhi would flag off 10 vehicles to cover all the 403 assembly constituencies in the state to form part of party's Chetna Yatra. Congress has organised Chetna Yatra across the state to mark 125 years of party's foundation. Senior leaders of the party including MPs and MLAs from adjoining districts are mobilising workers from the nearby districts, including Barabanki, Bahraich, Gonda, Jaunpur, Faizabad, Azamgarh, Siddharth Nagar and Basti, for the function to ensure the success of the programme.<br/> The BSP has given a nationwide agitation call against Women Reservation Bill and alleged misdeeds of Congress led UPA government on this day. Party will be organising Dharana and rally at all district head quarters under the call but the main focus would be more on Ambedkar Nagar district. A battery of senior leaders, including cabinet ministers of state government, will be participating in demonstration and rallies.<br/>AIR correspondent reports that elaborate security arrangements have been made in the district in view of the programmes organised by both the parties and participation of senior leaders. Both the programmes are slated to be held almost at the same time and at a short distance from each other. As per reports available four companies of Provincial Armed Constabulary and senior police officers are in place.
