The Congress today hit back at the BJP for holding it responsible for the pandemonium in both the Houses of Parliament. <br/><br/>Party spokesperson Abhishek manu Singhvi said, obligation of running Parliament rests with Government and if conditions are conducive, Congress is ready to take two steps ahead of the ruling party. <br/><br/>Mr Singhvi said there is an unprecedented silence on government's part regarding opposition's demand for resignations of top BJP leaders for their in different controversies. He said, there cannot be any discussion without resignations.<br/><br/>On BJP's protest in front of Mahatma Gandhi statue in Parliament against the Congress-ruled state Chief Ministers, the spokesperson said, these are diversionary tactics.
