Congress has held BJP and its affiliates responsible for the anti-dalit sentiments in the country. Briefing media in New Delhi this afternoon, party spokesperson Kumari Selja alleged that Haryana government failed to take adequate measures to stop incidents against the Dalit family in Ballabgarh, Faridabad. <br/><br/>Mr Selja said, the Prime Minister should come forward and make his government's stand clear on the protection of dalits. Criticising the Union Minister Gen. V K Singh's remarks against Dalits, she demanded his sacking from the Cabinet.
