Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has said Congress has been badly exposed in recently concluded Monsoon session of Parliament. While addressing media person in Jaipur today Mr Rathore alleged that it was UPA government which gave undue protection to former IPL Commissioner Lalit Modi. <br/><br/>He said that Lalit Modi will now be booked under money laundering act and a red corner notice will soon issued to him. He said due to undemocratic behavior of congress important bill like GST could not be taken. Mr Rathore said it was first time in history of Parliament that the party president jumped into the well without caring the decorum of speaker.
