The Congress President Mrs. Sonia Gandhi has called for explanation from the party MPs who were not present during the question hour yesterday. It may be recalled that the question hour had to be adjourned yesterday in Lok Sabha for more than half an hour because of the absence of 32 MPs who had questions listed against their names<br/><br/>
