The Congress has alleged that every principle of Constitutional law, States' rights, Parliamentary procedure and democratic governance was violated for abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution.<br />'' <br />'' In the resolution adopted by the Congress Working Committee in New Delhi last evening, the party criticized the manner in which Article 370 of the Constitution was abrogated. It claimed that the State of Jammu and Kashmir was dismembered by misinterpreting the provisions of the Constitution. <br />'' <br />'' Meeting was called to discuss the party's strategy in view of scrapping of Article 370 which gave special powers to Jammu and Kashmir. The meeting was attended by senior party leaders including Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, P Chidambaram, Ghulam Nabi Azad, AK Antony and Anand Sharma. <br />''
