Congress today alleged India's growth rate has slowed down under NDA government. Briefing media in New Delhi this afternoon, party spokesperson Randeep Surjewala said various international ratings agencies as well as RBI have said growth rate has slowed down and inflation has increased. <br />''<br />''<br />''Mr Surjewala said in 2014 March BJP had  promised complete withdrawal of Armed Forces (Special Powers) Acts ,AFSPA if they came to power. He sought to know whether this was an anti national act as now the same party is terming Congress' poll promise to abolish AFSPA as an anti national act.
