Congress today approached Election Commission accusing CBDT of paralysing party's official accounts in this poll season. <br />''<br />''A party delegation led by senior Congress leaders Kapil Sibal and Anand Sharma met the Commission in New Delhi and alleged that officials of CBDT are not allowing the transfer of money to the party candidtates in Haryana and Maharashtra.<br />'' <br />'' Talking to reporters Mr Sibal accused the Government of misusing the CBDT like CBI and ED against the opposition. He said, Congress has demanded the poll panel to ask CBDT to take prior permission before any action and raid in this poll season.<br />''  <br />
