Congress today accused the BJP of having double standards on CBI. Party spokesman Manish Tewari said the BJP has one standard in the case of slain former Home Minister Haren Pandya but another standard in the case of Amit Shah. He said the court will decide who is guilty in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh encounter Case. He was responding to the queries about grant of bail to former Gujrat Minister Amit shah.On the Adarash Housing Society controversy, he said that Defence Minister has already ordered for a status report and the party will wait for its outcome.
