Congress leader and former union minister Sachin Pilot has said that Congress will do good in the first phase of the poll and will do much better in the second phase. Addressing a press conference at Guwahati, he said BJP is riding on hired and defected people from other parties. <br/><br/><br/>BJP is banking on false promises, he added. Whatever development planks the BJP is playing, are in reality initiated by Congress in their successive rule. He accused BJP of playing divide and rule policy.<br/><br/>Pilot alleged that centre is bent upon dislodging Congress government of different States by creating political chaos. The situation in Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh revealed that and now centre is trying the same in Manipur he added.
