The Congress welcomed the Indo-Russia nuclear deal calling it a new beginning for India's nuclear technology development.<br/><br/>Talking to reporters in New Delhi on Tuesday, Congress spokesperson Mr Shakeel Ahmad said that the deal will not only ensure uninterrupted fuel supply but will provide technology and facilitate research and development.<br/><br/>He also welcomed India and Russia's voluntary decision to work for nuclear non-proliferation.<br/><br/>
