Congress today expressed confidence that it will form the next government in Punjab, Uttrakhand and Manipur. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, party spokesman Manish Tewari said, the recent reports have shown clear majority for the Congress in the states where the polling has concluded a couple of days ago. He claimed that people have voted decisively in the favour of UPA.
