The Congress today said that the party is in favour of separate Telangana state if all parties agree on the issue. Talking to reporters outside the Parliament, party spokesman Manish Tewari said that a consensus on the issue is necessary for any progress in this direction. Talking about the debate on Liberhan commission’s report scheduled in Lok Sabha today, Mr Tewari said that the party will clear its stand on the issue during the debate. <br/>
