Congress has said it will give privilege motions against BJP leader Subramanian Swamy and Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar in Rajya Sabha tomorrow on Agusta Westland debate. <br/><br/>Party leader Jairam Ramesh said Congress will also file defamation case against US-based website whose material was used by Mr Swamy in the debate in Rajya Sabha. He accused Mr Swamy of speaking lies in Rajya Sabha.
