The Congress is likely to finalise its seat sharing talks with the Trinamool Congress (TMC) on Monday. Congress President Sonia Gandhi may take a final decision on the alliance with the TMC. Earlier, Ms Banerjee has announced her list of 228 candidates leaving 64 seats for the Congress. West Bengal goes to the polls in six phases starting April 18. The last date for announcement of candidates is March 31. Congress general secretary in charge of the state Shakeel Ahmed had earlier said the party does not agree with Ms Banerjee's list and that it will take a final call on her offer after Holi after considering all aspects of the issue.
