The Congress will release its list of candidates for all the 243 candidates for assembly elections in Bihar by September 25. State Congress Legislature Party Leader Ashok Kumar said, the decision was taken after a meeting of party leaders with state-in-charge Mukul Wasnik. After a meeting of the party’s State Election Committee in Patna Mr. Kumar said, the names selected by the Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee will have to obtain clearance from party President Sonia Gandhi before the list is released. On the other hand Nationalist Congress Party General Secretary Tariq Anwar said that the party will release the list of contesting candidates phase wise.
