Congress spokesperson Rashid Alvi has said that that his party is examining the Madras High Court order rejecting Union Home Minister P. Chidambaram's plea to dismiss the petition against him in the 2009 Lok Sabha polls case.

He yesterday said, the Congress party will respond after studying the court order. He said it is not a set back to the Home Minister and the case will continue and no decision has come so far.
