Congress has criticised the government for allowing Pakistan Joint Investigation Team to carry forward probe in Pathankot airbase terror attack case. <br/><br/>Party leader Kapil Sibal said no Indian Government allowed an outside Security Agency to investigate on a matter of India's security in last 68 years. Mr Sibal said on one hand Prime Minister Narendra Modi says that India will never surrender to terrorism, on the other hand, surprisingly his government has allowed ISI to conduct investigation.
