Congress has released party manifesto for municipal Corporation polls of the national capital on Saturday. The party has made promise for developmental work and transparency in municipal administration.It came out with separate manifestos for each of the three new municipalities, focusing on specific needs of the areas on sectors like health, education, sanitation and other basic infrastructure.Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit said congress will make Delhi a clean city. She also charged with BJP ruled MCD of involving in corruption and irregularities. Sports Minister, Ajay Maken , party state president J P Agarwal, senior leaders Motilal Vohraand and Janardhan Dwivedi were also present.
